Capsules sold under the vendor name Nutrition29: Grapeseed Ultra 50,000, Liver Health and Liver Health Plus. A fourth listing, Grapeseed Ultra Complex, shows the same per capsule ingredient list as Grapeseed Ultra 50,000. What does the 50,000 in Grapeseed Ultra 50,000 mean?

It is a dry seed equivalent, not the weight of the capsule contents. Each capsule holds 416.7 mg of grape seed extract made from 50 g of dry seed, plus calcium ascorbate equivalent to 50 mg of vitamin C. The pack size is 60 capsules, and the directions are one capsule a day with water after a meal.

How do Liver Health and Liver Health Plus differ?

Both are built on milk thistle extract at 300 mg per capsule, standardised to silymarin. Liver Health adds dandelion root, globe artichoke leaf and Indian frankincense extracts, in a 200 capsule pack taken once a day. Liver Health Plus adds turmeric, globe artichoke and liquorice extracts, with choline and inositol, and is taken twice a day with food. Both product pages declare sulphites, and Liver Health Plus also declares tartrazine.
