Nutrition29 Liver Health Plus combines six active ingredients in one capsule: extracts of milk thistle, turmeric, globe artichoke and liquorice, with choline bitartrate and inositol. Milk thistle leads the formula at 300 mg, standardised to silymarin 240 mg. It is taken by adults, one capsule twice daily with food. It contains sulphites and tartrazine.
