When you come in-store, please head to the front counter and
one of our friendly team will help you.
How does Click & Collect Work?
When you place an online order with us, you will have the option at checkout to select to pick up your order from one of our stores (also called, click & collect). If you select this shipping method, you will be able to collect your order from your selected store.
When will I know when my items are ready to be picked up?
Once your items are ready for collection, one of our team members in store will give you a quick call to let you know your order is ready, we will also send you an email confirmation and instructions on how to pick up your items.
What happens if one of my items isn’t available for Click and Collect?
You will only be presented with click & collect store locations that have all of the item(s) in your order available in-store for collection. If there are no convenient available locations, we recommend selecting a home delivery shipping
method.
