Nutrition29 Liver Health brings four herbal extracts together in one capsule: milk thistle standardised to silymarin 255 mg, with dandelion root, globe artichoke leaf and Indian frankincense. It is a simple once daily capsule for adults, taken with water after food, and the 200 capsule pack gives 200 days at that dose. It contains sulphites.
