Featured focus range for training

Focus in a session depends on sleep, fuel and hydration before it depends on a supplement. These are the sports nutrition products from our 2026 focus features: creatine, magnesium L-threonate, electrolytes, protein and pre-workouts.

Featured focus range for training Information

What is in this range?

These are the sports nutrition lines from our featured focus and cognition range. It covers creatine, magnesium L-threonate and glycinate, acetyl-L-carnitine, electrolyte salts and capsules, whey and plant protein, coffee and mushroom blends, and pre-workout and energy formulas.

Compiled by the Mr Vitamins content team on 13 October 2026. Not yet practitioner-reviewed; a practitioner review is due by 9 November 2026. See how we review health content.

What does the brain need to focus?

Dopamine, acetylcholine and serotonin are built from amino acids using B vitamins, zinc and magnesium as cofactors, as our cognition, focus and ADHD guide sets out with its sources. Magnesium L-threonate is the form developed to raise magnesium levels in the brain, based on preclinical research, with human trials still emerging.

Where a practitioner changes the answer

Pre-workout and energy formulas often contain caffeine and other stimulants. Do not combine them with stimulant ADHD medication without your prescriber's advice, and they can cost you sleep, which costs you focus the next day. Tell your prescribing doctor what you take, and bring the labels to a free 10-minute online consult, or a free consult in store, with our practitioner team. Book a free consult.

What this range will not do

Supplements are not a treatment for ADHD and do not replace prescribed medication; healthdirect's ADHD overview covers diagnosis and treatment. Persistent or worsening memory or concentration problems should be assessed by your GP.
