Description
Elyte Hydration is an electrolyte drink powder in handy single serve stick sachets, made to stir straight into a bottle of water. Each serving delivers 1000 mg of sodium, 500 mg of potassium and 60 mg of magnesium from sea salt, potassium chloride and magnesium citrate, with a little citric acid, natural flavours and stevia plant extract. This is the Variety box of 30 sachets, so there is nothing to measure and it goes wherever you do.
