Doves Farm Freee Organic Cereal Flakes are crunchy multigrain flakes made from rice at 49% and buckwheat at 27%, with maize bran and rice bran extract. Cane sugar, dried rice syrup and a pinch of salt give them a lightly sweet taste. Pour a bowl with milk or a plant drink and finish it with your own favourite toppings for an easy breakfast.
