Description
Desert Shadow Organic Hair Silk is a 30ml treatment oil that blends moringa, almond, macadamia, coconut, sesame and olive oils with cocoa butter and amla, scented with rosemary, lavender, geranium and sandalwood essential oils. It contains almond, macadamia and sesame oils. Smooth a few drops through the ends as a leave-in, or warm it through as an intensive mask before washing, whenever hair looks dry and frizzy.
Product Strengths
- Contains almond, macadamia and sesame oils.
- A blend of six carrier oils with cocoa butter and amla.
- Helps dry, damaged looking hair feel smoother and look less frizzy.
- Two ways to use it: two to five drops as a leave-in on the ends, or 5ml warmed through as an intensive mask.
- Can be left in overnight as a mask before washing.
- A 30ml bottle, used a few drops at a time.

Suitable for: Dry, frizzy looking hair, as a leave-in on the ends or as an intensive mask before washing.
Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients; anyone with a tree nut allergy, because it contains almond and macadamia oils; anyone with a sesame allergy, because it contains sesame oil; anyone sensitive to coconut or to the rosemary, lavender, geranium or sandalwood essential oils in it; and anyone who is pregnant, unless a health professional has advised otherwise, because it is an essential oil blend left on the hair and scalp.

moringa oil, almond oil, macadamia oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, olive oil, cocoa butter, amla, rosemary essential oil, lavender essential oil, geranium essential oil, sandalwood essential oil, rosemary leaf extract.
Suggested Use
- Leave-in treatment: warm two to five drops of hair silk in your hands and work it through the ends of your hair, avoiding the scalp to prevent oiliness.
- Intense treatment: gently warm 5ml of oil, a teaspoon, to lukewarm. Apply to hair and scalp, massaging thoroughly. Wrap your hair in a towel and leave for 15 to 30 minutes or more. Wash and style as usual.
- The intense treatment can be left in overnight.
Allergens
Contains almond, macadamia and sesame oils. Almond and macadamia are tree nuts and sesame is a declared allergen, and none of the three is obvious from the product name. Contains nut oils.
