What is in the Love My Earth collection?

Ten pantry products from Love My Earth, a brand that describes itself as specialising in organic pantry staples, inspired by India and the Ayurvedic lifestyle. Four are cacao products: cacao powder, cacao nibs, ceremonial cacao chunks and cacao butter. Six are 200g Quick Stix mixes: Chicken, Beef and Mexican bone broth rice, plus Creamy Coconut Dahl, Butter Masala Dahl and Turmeric Kitchari.

How do the cacao products differ?

Each product page lists a single ingredient. The powder is finely milled for baking, desserts and hot drinks, and the nibs are crunchy pieces of broken cacao bean for smoothies, yoghurt and baking. What should I check on the Quick Stix mixes?

The bone broth rice mixes pair basmati rice with a chicken or beef broth, and the pages list tamari, which is made from soy and can be brewed with wheat. The Creamy Coconut Dahl contains coconut.
