Featured menopause range Information
How was this range chosen?
The Mr Vitamins team chose every product here for a menopause feature during 2026. Alongside herbal options such as sage, black cohosh and wild yam cream, it includes magnesium, activated B vitamins and omega-3s, calcium with vitamin D and K2, collagen and protein powders, probiotics and fibre, and soy isoflavones. Some products, such as weight-management shakes and skincare, were featured for the wider routine around menopause rather than as menopause formulas. Compiled by the Mr Vitamins content team on 12 October 2026. Not yet practitioner-reviewed; a practitioner review is due by 9 November 2026. See how we review health content.
Why do menopause symptoms arrive together?
Oestrogen receptors sit throughout the brain, including the hypothalamus, which governs temperature regulation, and the areas involved in sleep, mood and memory. When oestrogen becomes erratic, all of those systems are affected at once, as our menopause and perimenopause guide explains. That is why this range reaches beyond hot flushes into sleep, mood and digestion.
Why does a menopause range include calcium and protein?
Bone loss accelerates sharply in the years around the final period, and it happens quietly. Vitamin D helps calcium absorption, and vitamin K2 is studied for its role in guiding calcium into bone rather than soft tissue, as our guide to bone health through menopause sets out. Resistance training does more for bone density than any supplement, and adequate protein is one of the foundations our practitioners check. Our calcium and bone range holds the full set.
Where a practitioner changes the answer
Most of our practitioners start with foundations rather than a menopause-specific formula: magnesium status, activated B vitamins, vitamin D and adequate protein. Once those are in place, targeted herbal support tends to work better. Some herbs used for menopause can interact with hormone therapy, blood thinners and antidepressants, so the answer changes if you take any of them.

What this range will not do
Supplements are not a replacement for menopausal hormone therapy, which is a medical decision made with your GP. Nutritional support works cumulatively, and most trials in this area run for eight to twelve weeks before measuring results. See your GP about heavy or irregular bleeding, bleeding after 12 months without a period, or symptoms affecting your work or sleep. For independent Australian guidance, see Jean Hailes for Women's Health.
