When will my order be dispatched?
Our team endeavours to provide same day dispatch if the products are currently in stock.
Please note: during times of very high demand we occasionally may not be able to dispatch all orders on the same day. If that occurs, we will ensure they are dispatched the following more instead. We appreciate your understanding.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery time to reach your address will depend on Australia Post delivery schedule to your area.
Authority to leave
We recommend that your parcel is signed for at the time of delivery. You can also request Australia Post leaves your parcel in a secure location at your delivery address - this will be at your own risk. Where the address is unattended, a note will be left indicating pickup details at a nearby Post Office.
Goods picked up at the Post Office will still need to be signed for, by anyone who can provide proof that they live at the delivery address, or are authorised to do so.

When is my order dispatched to China?
We process all Chinese shipping orders on Thursdays. Our logistic partner, AUOD Express, every Friday.
Tracking information will only be available on AUOD's website AFTER your order has been picked up by AUOD from our warehouse.
Please note: Mr Vitamins is not responsible for any loss or delay of arrival once the shipment has left the Mr Vitamins warehouse.
Mr Vitamins shipping charges include postage and handling costs.
We always strive to keep shipping costs to a minimum, if however, items are very heavy or bulky we reserve the right to charge for additional shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for paying any charges incurred from a refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
Mr Vitamins uses Australia Post as our delivery partner. Your estimated delivery timing will depend on your delivery address and how far away it is from our Sydney metro based warehouse.
We recommend that you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery, such as a work address.
If no-one is home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be left if there is a safe place to do so. If no safe spot is available to leave the parcel, such as is the case with may apartment blocks, your parcel will be taken to the local Post Office for pickup.
You should receive an email from Australia Post to let you know which Post Office you can collect your parcel from. If you include your mobile number at the checkout, you may also receive delivery updates via SMS as well as email.
Out of Stock Items
Sometimes an item in your order may be out of stock. We will do our best to contact you so that you can decide whether to wait until your complete order is ready before shipping. If more than one shipment is made, additional freight charges may be applicable.
