Zombie Labs TUDCA is a single ingredient capsule supplement built on tauroursodeoxycholic acid, a water soluble bile acid that the body already makes in small amounts. Each capsule supplies 250 mg of TUDCA in a vegetable cellulose shell, with 60 capsules in the bottle, which is a two month supply at one capsule a day. There is no flavour, no sweetener and no colour. Taken as one capsule a day with the rest of a supplement routine rather than around a session, it is for people who already know where TUDCA sits in their programme and want it on its own rather than buried in a blend.
