Description
Zenko Water Lily Pops BBQ are popped water lily seeds tossed in a barbecue seasoning, in a 28 g bag. The seed is Euryale ferox, known in India as makhana: it is roasted until it pops into a light, dry, airy piece that eats a little like popcorn but holds more of a bite. The seasoning brings onion, garlic, tomato, spices and smoke flavour, with soy sauce powder and paprika extract, so the bag contains soy. Eat them at a desk, in a lunchbox or beside a rice or noodle bowl.
