Xlear Natural Saline Nasal Spray is a saline nasal spray made with xylitol, in a handy 22 mL pump bottle. It keeps things simple with just four ingredients: purified water, xylitol, sodium chloride and grapefruit seed extract. Prime the pump before first use, then spray 2 to 4 times in each nostril, at least twice daily, whether you are at home, at work or travelling.
