Wanderlust Women's Multi+ is a liquid herbal extract of shatavari, wild yam and skullcap, taken by measured dropper and rounded out with natural peppermint oil, made in Australia and vegan friendly. The blend is bitter, which is typical of the herbs it is made from. It is taken by adult women as a rejuvenative female tonic, to help the body adapt to stress and to relieve period pain.
