WelleCo The Super Elixir Mixed Berry is a greens powder built on barley grass and wheat grass, at 10.5 per cent each, with a berry blend of blueberry, raspberry, cranberry, elderberry and bilberry, plus fruit and vegetable powders, herbal and mushroom extracts, fibre, minerals and a probiotic blend. Shake 10 g, or 2 teaspoons, with filtered water, coconut water or almond milk, or blitz it into a smoothie for the smoothest consistency. Take one serve each morning or during the day, not at bedtime.
