WelleCo The Super Elixir Lemon and Ginger is a greens powder built on barley grass and wheat grass, at 10.5 per cent each, with fruit and vegetable powders, herbal and mushroom extracts, fibre, minerals and a probiotic blend, all in a lemon and ginger flavour. Shake 10 g, or 2 teaspoons, with filtered water, coconut water or almond milk, or blitz it into a smoothie for the smoothest consistency. Take one serve each morning or during the day, not at bedtime.
