It helps decrease the time it takes to fall asleep, relieves disturbed and restless sleep and promotes refreshing sleep. It also calms the mind, aids mind relaxation and relieves nervous tension.

Storage

Store below 30°C in a cool and dry place.

In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
