Sleep support: Hops are traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to induce sleep, relieve sleeplessness and support refreshing sleep.

Humulus lupulus (Hops) flower ext. dry conc. 50 mg Derived from dry 500 mg
Salvia officinalis (Sage) leaf ext. dry conc. 266.67 mg Derived from dry 4 g
Ziziphus jujuba (Zizyphus) seed ext. dry conc. 60 mg Derived from dry 3 g
Contains sulfites. No added gluten, dairy, lactose, soy, egg, artificial colours or artificial flavours. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Adult dosage: Take one capsule daily, before bed, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Warning: In very rare cases – Black Cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes – dark urine – nausea – vomiting – unusual tiredness – weakness – stomach or abdominal pain – and/or loss of appetite – you should stop using this product and see your doctor. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
