The Vrindavan Castor Oil Pack in the Sea Shells print is a reusable fabric wrap that holds a castor oil compress in place while you rest at home. Soft cotton inner fabric sits against the skin, with a waterproof outer layer to keep oil off clothes and bedding, and it comes with a removable cotton insert and a calico storage bag. It is a comfort and application aid that keeps castor oil where you put it; the oil is bought separately.

Suggested Use
Put a small amount of castor oil on the cotton insert, place the insert against the skin and wrap the pack over it so the waterproof layer faces out. Rest with it in place for as long as suits you, then remove it. Wash the insert when it needs it and let the pack dry fully before it goes back in the bag.
