Wanderlust High Strength Valerian is a one-a-day hard capsule built on a concentrated valerian root extract, with a short excipient list and nothing artificial added. Valerian is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a calmative, to relieve sleeplessness, support refreshing sleep and reduce nervous tension.
