Description
Wanderlust Valerian is a liquid herbal extract of valerian root, taken from a measured dropper an hour before bed and complemented with natural peppermint oil. You can expect a slightly bitter taste, which is typical of herbal extracts. Valerian is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a calmative, to relieve sleeplessness, support refreshing sleep and reduce nervous tension.
