Urban Forager Failsafe Veggie Stock Concentrate is a wholefood vegetable paste packed with celery, carrot, white leek, beetroot, sweet potato and garlic, which make up 84% of the jar. Simply stir it into hot water for a vegetable stock in moments, or add it straight to soups and sauces for extra flavour. The 250 g jar keeps it on hand for everyday cooking.
