Ultra Nature Bone Strength & Restore combines key minerals and vitamins to support bone health and density. This formulation uses highly absorbable calcium citrate combined with Vitamins D3 and K2, plus essential co-factors including magnesium, zinc, manganese and boron for comprehensive bone support.

- 500 IU Vitamin D3 for calcium absorption and bone density

Per 2 tablets: Calcium citrate tetrahydrate 1.1862g (equiv. 250mg calcium), Vitamin D3 (Colecalciferol) 500 IU (12.5 micrograms), Magnesium citrate 464.01mg (equiv. 75mg magnesium), Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7) 90 micrograms, Zinc amino acid chelate 25mg (equiv. 5mg zinc), Manganese amino acid chelate 10mg (equiv. 1mg manganese), Borax 13.23mg (equiv. 1.5mg boron).

Suggested Use
Adults: Take 2 tablets once daily with water after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Not for use by children aged under 12 without professional advice. If used by children aged 12-18, seek healthcare professional advice.
Storage
Store below 25°C away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if blister pack is compromised.
