Description
The antioxidant activity in Moringa is extremely high, and the easiest way for your body to assimilate them is in tea form. There is one antioxidant in particular that Moringa contains called epigallocatechin gallate, or EGCG, which is twice as powerful resveratrol, one of the most popular anti-aging antioxidant supplements on the market. EGCG has been shown to help maintain healthy LDL cholesterol levels and protect cardiovascular health. One study has shown that Moringa may have the highest antioxidant activity of any plant yet discovered, although more research is needed. Tulsi's adaptogenic benefits and high antioxidant activity coupled with Moringa's benefits make one powerhouse of an herbal tea! Drinking a cup of Tulsi Moringa Tea in the morning instead of coffee or other caffeinated teas provides a stimulant-free energy source to carry you through your day while at the same time protecting your cells from damaging free-radicals, and increasing vitality and long-term health. We can all drink to that!

Moringa
A green leaf powder for your everyday wholefood routine.
Moringa is the dried, finely milled leaf of the drumstick tree. Stir the powder into food, take it as capsules if you'd rather not taste it, or enjoy it blended into tea.

Is Moringa right for you?
Common questions
Is moringa powder the leaf or the pod?
The powder is the dried leaf, finely milled. The tree's long pods, the drumsticks it's named after, are eaten as a food too, but they're not what's in the tub. Everything on our shelves is leaf: loose powder, capsules of the same powder, and leaf blended into tea. If a product contains something other than leaf, the label will say so.
Is moringa regulated as a medicine in Australia?
Moringa oleifera is a permitted ingredient in listed medicines, at item 3414 on Australia's permitted ingredients list (Schedule 1). That means it can legally go into one. It doesn't mean the government has endorsed it, and we couldn't find any permitted health claim for it, so we don't say what moringa does. A lot of moringa is sold as a food instead, and those packs are covered by food standards law.
