WPI 90 is True Protein's whey protein isolate, blended from New Zealand grass-fed whey with natural flavourings and nothing else added for bulk. It comes as the single-serve 30 g sachets, not the bags, in two flavours: French Vanilla and Rich Chocolate. Isolating the whey strips out most of the carbohydrate, fat and lactose that a concentrate carries, which is what makes it mix thin and sit lightly. A single-serve sachet needs no scoop and no scales, which is what makes it the one for a work bag or a suitcase, on the days training happens a long way from the kitchen.

Suggested Use
Empty one 30 g sachet into a shaker with cold water or milk, shake until dissolved and drink, typically after training or at any point in the day when you want to raise your protein intake. It can also be stirred through oats or blended into a smoothie. Confirm serving and directions from product label.
Allergens
Contains milk. Whey protein isolate is a dairy protein, so this is not suitable for vegans and not suitable for anyone avoiding dairy, although the lactose content is low at 0.3 g per 30 g serve in the Rich Chocolate sachet. WPI 90 is produced in a facility that handles nuts, so it is not suitable for people with a nut allergy who avoid shared-line products. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
