True WPI90 is New Zealand grass-fed whey protein isolate, refined by a combination of crossflow microfiltration and ultrafiltration to strip out most of the carbohydrate, lactose and fat left in a whey concentrate. It is a fast-digesting protein with a complete amino acid profile. It comes as both the 360 g and the 1 kg bags across a wide flavour range; the 1 kg bag provides 33 serves at 30 g.

• Rich Chocolate: Whey protein isolate (90%)(Milk), Cocoa powder, Organic inulin, Natural flavours, Emulsifier (Sunflower lecithin), Vegetable gum, Natural sweetener (Organic steviol glycosides).
• Other flavours follow the same pattern: whey protein isolate at 90% or above, plus the flavour components, organic inulin, sunflower lecithin, vegetable gum and organic steviol glycosides.

The nutrition panel is the same for the 360 g and 1 kg bags of a given flavour, but it differs between flavours, with protein ranging across the range at a 30 g serve. Gluten is nil detected in every flavour. Confirm the panel from the product label of the size and flavour you have chosen.

Suggested Use

Pour 150 ml to 200 ml of the liquid of your choice into a shaker, add 30 g (4 level tablespoons) of protein, shake well and drink. Use one to three times daily or as required. Confirm serving and directions from product label.
