True Non Stim PRE is a caffeine-free pre-workout powder supplied in a 300 g bag that provides 30 serves at 10 g. It leaves out stimulants entirely and instead builds the formula around Alpha-GPC, L-citrulline and citrulline malate, betaine, beta alanine, Creapure creatine monohydrate, taurine, L-tyrosine and a vitamin and mineral mix. Because it contains no caffeine it can be used for an early session or a late one. It comes as the 300 g bag in Lemon Twist and Mixed Berry.

Suggested Use

Pre Workout
The tub you take before training, and what's actually in it varies enormously.
Most are built on caffeine plus a few amino acids. Some skip the stimulants entirely. The only way to compare two is to read the panel, because there's no standard formula and no single ingredient called pre workout.

Common questions
Why do pre workouts vary so much between brands?
Because there's no standard formula and no ingredient called pre workout. It's a format label, so each brand picks its own blend. Two tubs on the same shelf can contain completely different actives at completely different doses. The ingredient panel is the only reliable comparison, and the caffeine figure is usually the first number worth finding.
Is pre workout regulated in Australia?
The format isn't, but everything in it is. There's no Schedule 1 entry for pre workout because it's a product category rather than a substance. Each active inside, caffeine, creatine, beta-alanine and the rest, carries its own regulatory position and its own warnings. Some products are sold as foods rather than listed medicines, which changes the rules again.
