True Protein Mousse is a high-protein dessert powder supplied in a 150 g pack that provides 5 serves at 30 g. Milk protein concentrate and whey protein concentrate are blended with collagen and cocoa, then whipped with milk or water into a chocolate mousse. It comes as the 150 g pack in Rich Chocolate. Whipped up with milk or water, it is for the evening when something sweet is wanted and the day's protein is still short, a dessert that does the work of a shake.
