True Gut Health is a naturally flavoured daily powder built around hydrolysed bovine collagen and a group of prebiotic fibres. True Protein developed the formula in collaboration with Monash University and positions it as a way to support diversity in the gut microbiome. It comes as the Raw Coconut flavour in the 240 g tub, which the pack labels as 30 serves.

- Hydrolysed bovine collagen (Australian grass-fed).
- Galacto-oligosaccharide, derived from milk.
- Sweet potato powder.
- Partially hydrolysed guar gum (prebiotic fibre).
- Organic inulin.
- Organic green banana starch.
- Organic cinnamon.
- Fucus vesiculosus extract (Tasmanian seaweed).
- Pomegranate extract.
- Vegetable gum.
- Natural sweetener (monk fruit extract).
Suggested Use
True Protein directs one level tablespoon, 8 g, stirred or shaken into 100 mL to 200 mL of water, juice or a morning smoothie, one to two times daily. Confirm serving and directions from product label.
Allergens
Contains milk. The galacto-oligosaccharide used in Gut Health is milk derived, and the collagen is bovine, so this is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians and not suitable for anyone avoiding dairy. Gut Health is produced in a facility that handles nuts, so it is not suitable for people with a nut allergy who avoid shared-line products. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
