True FUEL is an intra-workout powder for long or hard sessions, built on a fast dispersing carbohydrate base with electrolytes and a full essential amino acid blend stirred through it. The carbohydrate comes from Cluster Dextrin and dextrose in roughly equal parts, and the mineral side is handled by sodium citrate, potassium glycinate, magnesium citrate and Himalayan pink rock salt. It also carries a 1 per cent inclusion of pomegranate extract, sold as POMANOX P30. It comes as the 600 g bag in two flavours, Tropical and Lemon Burst. It is sweetened with organic steviol glycosides rather than an artificial sweetener.
