Description
True Endurance is a carbohydrate and electrolyte powder built for long-form training, supplied in a 600 g bag that provides 20 serves at 30 g. It pairs a dual-carbohydrate blend of cluster dextrin and dextrose with an essential amino acid blend, electrolytes and pomegranate extract, and is mixed into cold water before or during a session. It comes as the 600 g bag in two flavours, Tropical and Lemon Burst.

- Puts back sodium, potassium and magnesium lost in sweat during the session.
- Dual-carbohydrate base of cluster dextrin and dextrose, each close to 39% of the formula.

- Electrolytes from sodium citrate, Himalayan pink rock salt, potassium glycinate and magnesium citrate.
- Contains pomegranate extract (POMANOX P30) at 1% of the formula.
- Sweetened with organic steviol glycosides, with no artificial sweeteners.
- Gluten nil detected on the manufacturer's testing.

The panel differs slightly between Tropical and Lemon Burst; confirm the panel from the product label. POMANOX P30 is a pomegranate extract rich in bioactive polyphenols, included at the dose the manufacturer cites for improving time to exhaustion and raising the ventilatory threshold.
Warnings
Phenylketonurics: contains phenylalanine. Formulated Supplementary Sports Food. Not a sole source of nutrition; use in conjunction with a nutritious diet and an appropriate physical training or exercise programme. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women, and should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision. If used during exercise, consume in accordance with directions to avoid the possibility of gastro-intestinal upset, and consume with an appropriate fluid intake. Not recommended while pregnant or breastfeeding; consult a doctor before use. Endurance and Electrolyte should not be used simultaneously.
Suggested Use
Add powder to cold water in a shaker or bottle and consume before or during strenuous sessions. For activities of 60 to 90 minutes, use 30 g (3 level tablespoons) in 300 ml to 500 ml of water. For activities beyond 90 minutes, use 60 g (6 level tablespoons) in 600 ml to 1000 ml of water. Ideally consumed about 30 minutes before your session. Confirm serving and directions from product label.
