True Protein Carnitine is a single-ingredient L-carnitine L-tartrate powder from the Sydney sports nutrition brand True Protein. The tartrate form gives a stable, highly water-soluble powder with a light lemon tartness, so it stirs into water or stacks with other powders without clumping.
