Directions for Use
Apply two pumps in the morning and two pumps in the evening for three consecutive weeks, followed by one week of rest; repeat monthly. Massage into soft areas of the body such as the inner arms, neck, belly, thighs, or chest, alternating application sites. Menstruating individuals: rest week to coincide with menstrual bleed. Premenopausal or postmenopausal: take one week of rest once a month. Males: no rest week; use continuously.
