Thompson's Skin, Hair & Nails is a soft capsule bringing together vitamins, minerals, marine-derived proteoglycan and omega-3, evening primrose oil and colloidal anhydrous silica. It is formulated to support collagen formation and connective tissue production, and to help maintain skin and hair health while reducing nail brittleness. This pack is the 90 capsule bottle, a 45-day supply at the label dose of two capsules daily.

Adults - take two capsules daily with food, or as professionally prescribed.
Warning: if you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 microgram retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
