Thompson's Brewer's Yeast is a single-ingredient tablet supplying 500 mg of dried brewer's yeast, a whole-food source of nutrients that is traditionally taken to nourish the body and support general health and wellbeing. This pack is the 100 tablet bottle.

Suggested Use
Adults - take four tablets, three times daily with food, or as professionally prescribed.
