Thompson's Phytosterol Complex is a plant sterol supplement containing Reducol, a patented blend of phytosterols derived from conifer sources. Phytosterols are plant compounds that may help reduce the intestinal absorption of cholesterol from dietary sources as part of a diet low in saturated fat.
