Description
Therapure my calm is a hard capsule combining passionflower, lemon balm, American ginseng and magnolia bark extracts with kava root extract standardised to 4 mg of kavalactones. It is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as an adaptogen to help the body adapt to stress, and is used to calm the mind, to relieve symptoms of stress and of mild anxiety, to support healthy emotional and mood balance, and to relieve sleeplessness and disturbed or restless sleep. The pack holds 60 capsules for adults. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
