The Vitalogy Project Brain Health is a capsule that brings together three plant extracts: citrus bioflavonoids extract 200 mg, German chamomile 12:1 extract 200 mg (equivalent to 2.4 g of dry flower) and cacao 12:1 extract 100 mg (equivalent to 1.2 g of dry seed). The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules taken 30 minutes before breakfast, and each bottle holds 60 capsules, a 30 day supply. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
