The GURU is made from 100% copper and comes with a handy travel bag.
For centuries the Ayurvedic practice of tongue scraping with copper has been used for it's medicinal benefits. It's natural anti-microbial and anti-bacterial properties make it an effective tool for promoting oral hygiene. This may seem strange, but daily tongue scraping is an excellent way to eliminate harmful bacteria and toxins that can accumulate in the mouth, leading to improved digestive health and stronger immunity.
The Guru copper tongue scraper will tarnish over time which is fine and not bad for you. If you feel you want to keep it shiny simply pour vinegar and salt into a pan and bring the boil. You'll need approximately a 3 parts salt to one part salt. Place the tongue scraper into the bowl and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then use an old cloth to remove tarnishing.
Included is a SCRAPE BEFORE YOU BRUSH™ bathroom sticker. Place it somewhere in the bathroom as a reminder to scrape your tongue before you brush your teeth. It's that simple to create a new healthy habit for life!
