White Quinoa
The everyday quinoa for your pantry.
Quinoa is a seed from the Andes that you cook and eat just like rice. White is the plain, everyday one, sold loose in the bag for cooking from scratch.

Is White Quinoa right for you?
Common questions
Is quinoa a grain?
Not strictly. It's the seed of a flowering plant, Chenopodium quinoa, rather than a cereal grass like wheat or rice. You cook and eat it like a grain, though, which is why you'll find it on the same shelf. In Australia it's sold as a food, not a supplement.
