Switch Nutrition Sleep+ is a night-time drink powder built around three labelled blends: a Sleep Support Blend of tart cherry, holy basil, phosphatidylserine and griffonia, a Relax and Unwind Blend of L-glycine, myo-inositol and LactoSpore probiotic, and a ZMA+ Blend of magnesium, zinc, vitamin C and B vitamins. It comes as the 240 g tub, which is 30 serves of 8 g, in Chocolate, Lemon Squash, Salted Caramel, Strawberry Pineapple and Tropical Fruit.
