Description
Thermal Switch is a low-kilojoule, stevia-sweetened energy and focus powder from Switch Nutrition. A single 4 g scoop carries 150 mg of caffeine from Coffea arabica alongside 1000 mg of acetyl L-carnitine, 500 mg of L-tyrosine and 300 mg of L-theanine, grouped on the label into an energy and focus blend and a metabolism blend. It comes as the 30-serve (120 g) tub in Mango Passionfruit, Pine Lime and Strawberry Burst. Made up as a low kilojoule flavoured drink, it stands in for the afternoon coffee or the sugary energy drink, and the caffeine is paired with theanine for people who do not want the edge that caffeine on its own can bring.

Suggested Use
Mix 1 scoop (4 g) into 450 to 700 mL of cold water and consume in the morning before exercise, or later in the day. Do not exceed 1 serve in a 24 hour period.
