Switch Nutrition Shilajit provides organic Himalayan shilajit as an 8:1 concentrated extract standardised to not less than 50% fulvic acid. One vegetable capsule is a full serve and supplies 500 mg of the extract. The bottle holds 60 capsules, which is 60 serves.
