Switch Nutrition Resveratrol+ is an unflavoured stilbene powder containing nothing but trans-pterostilbene and trans-resveratrol, two polyphenols found in grapes and blueberries. Each 500 mg scoop supplies 350 mg of trans-pterostilbene and 150 mg of trans-resveratrol. The 30 g jar holds 60 serves. Resveratrol and pterostilbene are polyphenols that occur in grapes and blueberries, and the unflavoured powder puts both into one measured daily amount taken with food, for people assembling their own routine rather than buying a blend.
