Switch Nutrition 100% Pure Beta Alanine is an unflavoured, single-ingredient beta-alanine powder in a 400 g pouch. Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that the body combines with L-histidine to form carnosine in skeletal muscle. Beta-alanine and carnosine are different compounds, and it is beta-alanine that this pouch contains, with nothing added to it.

- Every 1 g of powder is 1 g of beta-alanine, so you can dose it to whatever your programme calls for.

- Beta-alanine, 100% of the powder by weight, so each 1 g of powder provides 1,000 mg of beta-alanine.
- No other ingredients, and no added flavours, colours, sweeteners or preservatives.
Allergens
May contain egg, fish, milk, gluten, peanuts, seeds, soy, sulphites, tree nuts and wheat. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Suggested Use
Consume 3.2 g to 6.4 g of beta-alanine per day. This is commonly split across the day, for example one serve before exercise and one serve afterwards. Mix into 250 ml to 300 ml of water, or add it to your pre-workout, amino or protein shake. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age, or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Confirm serving and directions from product label.
