Switch Nutrition Marine Collagen is a single ingredient collagen powder built on Naticol, a European marine collagen peptide extracted from sustainably sourced fish skin and then enzymatically hydrolysed into low molecular weight peptides. It is unflavoured, odourless and neutral in taste, so it disappears into coffee, a smoothie, oats or a glass of water. The 200 g tub holds 40 serves at a 5 g scoop. Neutral in taste and stable in hot liquid, it disappears into a morning coffee without anyone noticing, which is what stops a daily collagen serve from lapsing, and it is the option for anyone who does not take bovine products.

How to Use
Mix 1 scoop, about 5 g, into 200 mL to 300 mL of water, milk, coffee, a smoothie or your preferred beverage and stir or shake until dissolved. It can also be stirred through oats or into recipes. Some people prefer to take two scoops a day.
