Switch Nutrition Gut Restore is a daily digestive powder that puts prebiotic fibre, live probiotics, a postbiotic and a digestive enzyme blend into one 5.3 g scoop, alongside L-glutamine, marshmallow root, deglycyrrhised liquorice root and zinc. It is designed around a four week routine, two serves a day for the first fortnight and one a day after that, and it is FODMAP Friendly certified. It comes as the 30 serve tub in three flavours, Cloudy Apple, Mango Pineapple and Natural. It is built to be run as a defined block of a few weeks rather than kept on the shelf indefinitely, with the serve mixed in water and taken before food.

Suggested Use
Mix 1 scoop, about 5.3 g, with 250 mL to 300 mL of water or another beverage and drink straight away, 15 to 20 minutes before food. For the manufacturer's four week routine, take one scoop twice daily for the first two weeks, one in the morning before breakfast and one in the evening before dinner, then one scoop each morning from day 15 onwards. Do not take more than two scoops in any 24 hour period.

Allergens
No added gluten, dairy or soy ingredients, but it is made in a facility that also processes wheat, tree nuts, seeds, dairy, soy, corn and fish, and it may contain egg, milk, fish, gluten, peanuts, seeds, soy, sulphites, tree nuts and wheat. It contains guar gum and kiwi fruit powder. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Warnings
For adults. Do not take more than two scoops within 24 hours. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women without supervision.
