Switch Nutrition Fibre+ is an unflavoured soluble prebiotic fibre powder built on three fibres chosen for digestive tolerance: organic Sunfiber partially hydrolysed guar gum, soluble corn fibre and apple pectin. A level 3.5 g scoop delivers 3.0 g of dietary fibre with 14 kJ and 3 mg of sodium, so it stirs into water, coffee, smoothies, cooking or baking without changing the taste. Fibre supports digestive system function, regularity and the growth of beneficial bacteria in the colon.

Suggested Use
