Description
Switch Nutrition Estro, carried here under its earlier trade name Estro Switch, is an Australian-made herbal, vitamin and mineral formula in 120 hard vegetarian capsules. The manufacturer now packages it simply as Estro with the descriptor Reproductive Hormone Support. It combines dong quai, broccoli sprout, turmeric, Japanese knotweed, schisandra, pomegranate and milk thistle with vitamin C, citrus bioflavonoids, zinc, selenium, chromium and vitamin B12 to support female reproductive system health, a healthy menstrual cycle and the body's natural processes.
